The technique of the ceramicist requires excellent knowledge of the materials, experience and a lot of passion. The production of bricks is a special process and requires great care during its execution.
Initially, raw materials are processed on special soil processing machines. The excess soil and its by-products, during processing, are not thrown away but are returned for reprocessing.
Secondly, the clay takes the original form of the brick with the special machines like the press, the mold, the scissors and is placed on grates. Then, the bricks are transported to the dryers where are dried smoothly and after that, they enter the kiln.
On the last stage of development, they are removed from the kiln, packed on pallets and finally loaded onto trucks.
During the production process, modern technology is used with constant maintenance of equipment to reduce pollution and save energy. Continuous training is also provided to the staff in order to follow environmentally friendly behavior.
Ceramic bricks are non-hazardous products, friendly to the environment. They are products made from Ionian Earth, Water and Fire. They do not contain any hazardous substances.
